Privacy policy

Evan's World is a parent-managed learning service. We collect only the information needed to create and protect a family's private experience.
Parent account
We keep the parent's email address, account identifier, preferred language and secure session information so the parent can sign in and manage the family.
Child profiles
A child profile uses a first name or nickname, an optional birth year and a chosen avatar. Children are never asked for an email address or password.
Object photos
Object photos are checked for people and unsafe content before generation. Rejected photos are deleted immediately. Accepted originals are deleted after the Keepsake is made; the generated artwork and learning card remain in the family's private collection. We do not use children's photos to train models, sell them or show them publicly.
Learning and play
We keep the family's Keepsakes, quiz answers, progress, creations and character-chat history so the service works across sessions. There is no public profile, open discovery or contact with strangers.
Service providers
Cloud hosting, email delivery, safety screening and generation providers process the minimum information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information, serve behavioural advertising or allow third-party tracking in the native app.
How long data stays
Family account and learning data stays until a parent deletes the relevant Keepsake, child profile or account. Temporary source photos follow the shorter deletion rules above. Limited security and delivery records may remain where needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.
Parent controls
A parent can review family information and delete a Keepsake, child profile or the whole account from the parent dashboard. The parent may also contact us for access, correction or deletion help.
Children's privacy
The credentialed account belongs to a parent. Child profiles are private, nickname-only and controlled by that parent. Evan's World has no advertising, public child discovery or open messaging.
